Remember help is always available, check out the Bushloe Library, Wigston Library, internet (see below) or even your geography teacher! So don’t sit there and Panic, talk to someone and do something about it.
Start your work with lots of time to go before it is due in. This is especially important with project work and investigations.
Use the library and other resources. Never copy things or cut and paste them, unless you use it as a quotation or e.g. add labels to a photo.
Find a nice quiet place away from distractions (including TV!) where you can work comfortably.
Read the task sheet or instructions carefully. If you don’t understand what is expected ask, never guess.
Never ignore your work and hope it goes away. It won’t and you’ll start to get panicked about it.
Set yourself lots of small targets, not one big one. If you reach a target give yourself a reward like 10 minutes to relax/ play games or watch TV.
